Native American tradition uses ritual sweating ceremonies for spiritual cleaning, to heal diseases and to receive wisdom from their ancestors. Before starting a sweatlodge participants fast for a day and are cleansed with sage smoke and a prayer, this bracelet shows the way sage is woven for the occasion.
